Register for our online service

To help you manage your money you can register for our online service – Your Account. You can view your balance and transactions, contact us securely and more.

Once you’ve registered and activated Your Account, you’re good to go. 

You'll need to be

A current customer with an active Principality account
Aged 16 or over

You'll need to have

Your account number
A mobile phone that is yours and not shared with anyone else.
What happens after you register
We'll send a letter to your home address within 3 - 5 days
The letter will contain an activation code and explain how to activate your online profile
Once activated, you can start managing your Principality accounts online
